Looking over the situation, I'm not sure why a replacement was not offered since it does appear that we should have had one on hand. At this time, the card is out of stock. Considering that the customer was already refunded $1.91 on the card and the amount paid was $17.20 after the $2.25 discount and $1.46 tax was applied, I can provided a refund for the card for $15.29, not the $17.99 requested. I do apologize for the inconvenience and I have gone over the situation with the employee involved
